Before implementing next generation network, it is needed to provide a testbed for testing and evaluating vendor’s equipment. ITRC NGN pilot is a testbed that implemented in Iran Telecom Research Center (ITRC) and four vendors have participated in the pilot. The pilot realized that there were many fail in interoperability test area.
