Triputra Cipta Kary in Tangerang.Penelitian ini memiliki dua tujuan, yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemipinan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT Triputra Cipta Karya dan selanjutnya untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT Triputra Cipta Karya. Peneliti mengambil jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 responden. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan SmartPLS ,analisis jalur. Pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan di dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Triputra Cipta Karya. Terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. 摘要
本研究旨在确定两个目的，一是领导力对员工工作满意度的影响，二是工作激励对员工工作满意度的影响。研究人员共抽取了 60 名受访者。本研究方法使用 SmartPLS，并采用因果关系法。本研究进行的假设检验表明，组织文化对 PT Triputra Cipta Karya 公司员工的工作满意度有积极的显著影响。本研究有两个目标，一是确定领导力对 PT Triputra Cipta Karya 公司员工工作满意度的影响，二是确定工作激励对 PT Triputra Cipta Karya 公司员工工作满意度的影响。研究人员抽取了 60 个样本。该研究方法使用了 SmartPLS 和路径分析。本研究进行的假设检验是：领导力对 PT Triputra Cipta Karya 公司员工的工作满意度有显著的正向影响。工作动机对 PT Triputra Cipta Karya 公司员工的工作满意度有明显的积极影响。
