摘要

本文设计了一种基于E面和h面耦合器的w波段波导单脉冲比较器。E面和h面耦合器为180度3db型,由耦合段和介电板相位延迟器组成。采用两个E面和两个h面串联耦合器实现了单脉冲比较器。所设计的比较器在90-98 GHz时,幅值平衡在±0.5 dB以内,相位平衡在+4/−8度以内,反射系数小于−15 dB,隔离度大于20 dB。
