At the same time, the fingerprint similarity was calculated and the contents of known ingredients were also determined simultaneously. 摘要

肠胃肠胃炎胶囊(FY胶囊)是一种由三种草药组成的传统中药制剂,几十年来一直用于治疗细菌性痢疾、急性和慢性胃肠炎。本研究建立了一种简便、准确、有效的高效液相色谱联用二极管阵列检测(DAD)方法,建立了飞羊肠胃炎胶囊(FY胶囊)的色谱指纹图谱。采用HPLC-DAD-ESI-MS/MS分析,根据参比标准品的MS/MS碎片行为鉴定出14个峰。同时,计算指纹相似度,同时测定已知成分的含量。结果表明,相似度评价与定量分析相结合的高效液相色谱指纹图谱可成功地应用于复方茯苓胶囊的质量控制。
