摘要

为了研究航天器多孔陶瓷防绝缘胶粘剂质量的太赫兹连续波成像技术,建立了太赫兹连续波成像系统。通过实验研究,对多孔陶瓷绝缘金属构件防盖成像特性进行了研究。结合二维扫描成像获得的清晰图像,测试结果证明了支架系统的实用性,并详细讨论了提高成像系统质量的方法。
