The topology used for this amplifier differs from usual ones, and leads to a highly linear LNA. It was built in TSMC 65-nm CMOS technology. The measurements with 2.3 V supply voltage show 5.7 dB Noise Figure (NF), +64 dBmV IIP3, +80 dBmV IIP2 with 65 mW power consumption.
