This research employed descriptive approach through explanatory survey method. There were 103 respondents selected through probability sampling. The questionnaires were distributed as the instruments in collecting data from the respondents. The analysis technique used was descriptive technique by using frequency distribution.Findings – Based on the research findings through descriptive analysis, it was found that the emotional intelligence was in the good category by score 9444 and percentage 81.86%, job satisfaction was in high category by score 12198 and percentage 80.56%, and organizational citizenship behavior was in the good category by score 11853 and percentage 82.19%.Originality/value – This research is the basic to understand the emotional intelligence, job satisfaction, and organizational citizenship behavior concept. 摘要

目的-本研究的目的是找出情绪智力、工作满意度和组织公民行为的影响。设计/方法/方法-研究设计采用横截面法。本研究采用解释性调查法,采用描述性研究方法。通过概率抽样,共选出103人。发放问卷是作为向受访者收集资料的工具。分析方法采用频率分布描述法。结果-通过描述性分析的研究结果,情绪智力得分为9444分,占81.86%;工作满意度得分为12198分,占80.56%;组织公民行为得分为11853分,占82.19%。原创性/价值——本研究是理解情商、工作满意度和组织公民行为概念的基础。本研究与以往研究的不同之处在于其研究对象方面,以万隆市西爪哇地区公务员机构为研究对象,观察变量;情商、工作满意度、组织公民行为,运用不同的理论和参考文献。
