摘要

本文的研究重点是在不产生环路的情况下,通过交换线路状态和分段开关来寻找IEEE-69母线配电网的最佳拓扑结构,研究的目的是在电压分布最大化和整体系统损耗最小化方面提高系统可靠性。采用二元粒子群优化算法(BPSO)在不违反配电系统相关参数的情况下实现最佳切换,从而保证了系统的安全性。所得结果令人满意。
