With the popularization of bicycle, more and more cross-country time trial bicycle races have begun to rise. Based on this, this paper adopts Pontryagin's Maximum Principles and analytic hierarchy Process respectively to establish mechanical model and terrain analysis model, and evaluates the comprehensive quality of racers based on their race types, while considering the influence of various factors such as weather environment.
