摘要

本文对光伏并网并联负载谐振逆变器进行了仿真研究。谐振式逆变器的输出与变压器并联,既能控制电压水平,又能提供隔离。采用正弦脉宽调制(SPWM)技术产生输出电压和电流的纯正弦波。仿真结果表明,所建立的模型能够最大限度地降低开关损耗,防止射穿,延长开关的使用寿命。结果为500瓦单相逆变器并网设计产生不到3%的THD。
