摘要

本工作报告生物反应器AF-0.170试验结果。该新型生物反应器是在NAAS ETI“Biotechnica”中设计的,用于在生物实验室和生物工厂的基础上进行小规模微生物农药生产。试验获得的球孢白杆菌和荧光假单胞菌微生物制剂培养液中细胞浓度为109 CFU∙ml - 1数量级,污染水平不超过0.3%。结果分析表明,生物反应器与摇床相比,每周期制剂产量提高2.4倍,培养液细胞密度适度降低。自给式生物反应器用于乌克兰和摩尔多瓦生物工厂的小规模微生物农药生产的优势显示。
