Problem solution depends significantly on power grid companies' equipment with modern automated meter reading (AMR) technologies. The main approach for power consumption accuracy and meters conditions control is the balance method. The cost of electricity received from the AMR system data is used for the calculation of the controlled facility Electricity balances, load graphs geometric profile construction and power losses operational calculation are performed, the technical and commercial power losses are calculated, the factual and permissible non-balance are represented on the basis of the electrical circuit and power equipment passport data under study. The results presented in a visual interface allow making quickly decisions about the commercial data reliability and electricity metering system serviceability. Power unbalance cases were detected on identified intervals where the accounting system worked correctly. All detected unbalance cases were anchored to place and time. A three-level metrological characteristics control system prototype was made in infographic format.
