Classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, to verify and prove the research hypothesis. From the results of the study, it can be concluded as follows: 1) 1. 摘要

本研究的目的是:1)分析组织公民行为的态度。2)人格对组织公民行为的影响分析。3)分析态度对员工绩效的影响。4)分析性格对员工绩效的影响。5)分析员工绩效对组织公民行为的影响。6)通过组织公民行为分析态度对员工绩效的间接影响。7)通过组织公民行为分析人格对员工绩效的间接影响。这项研究的对象是Rijan Mart伊斯兰寄宿学校Riyadlul Jannah Pacet业务部门Mojokerto的38名员工。抽样方法采用人口普查方法,数据分析采用SPSS 20版因子分析检验效度,Cronbach检验信度。经典假设检验和多元线性回归分析,对研究假设进行验证和证明。从研究结果来看,可以得出以下结论:1)1。态度对组织公民行为没有影响2)人格对组织公民行为没有影响3)态度对员工绩效有显著影响4)人格对员工绩效有显著影响5)组织公民行为对员工绩效有显著影响6)态度通过组织公民行为间接影响员工绩效7)人格对组织公民行为有间接影响组织公民行为对员工绩效的影响
