This paper focuses on reduction of generation cost of a thermal plant by reducing its fuel consumption. This paper considers the economic load dispatch control method and load flow analysis method with revisions to incorporate the operating constraints such as real and reactive power generation, transmission losses, lifetime, generation cost. The goal of the load flow analysis is to determine whether this integration is possible or not. The economic dispatch control method helps to determine the reduction of generation cost after wind power integration. 摘要

将风源与火电厂通过隔离网进行集成,可以实现部分负荷分担的电力分配平滑,也可以作为备用电源。本文主要研究如何通过降低热电厂的燃料消耗来降低发电成本。本文考虑了经济负荷调度控制方法和修正后的负荷潮流分析方法,以考虑实际和无功发电量、输电损耗、寿命、发电成本等运行约束。负荷流分析的目标是确定这种集成是否可能。经济调度控制方法有助于确定风电并网后发电成本的降低程度。结果表明,采用串联补偿方法不仅降低了发电成本,而且改善了线路有功潮流,提高了系统的稳定性。
