Pengaruh Lama Berdiri, Tinggi Hak Sepatu Dan Postur Kaki Terhadap Keseimbangan Berjalan Pada Pemakaian

ABSTRAK Survei yang dilakukan di Amerika Serikat menunjukkan ada 59% wanita yang menggunakan sepatu berhak tinggi kurang lebih satu sampai delapan jam per harinya. Salah satu pekerjaan yang berkaitan dengan penggunaan sepatu hak tinggi seperti pada seorang Sales Promotion Girls (SPG). Penampilan seorang SPG yang ditentukan dari standar performa perusahaan itu berbeda-beda, dan dalam upaya memenuhi kebutuhan untuk tampil menarik konsumen, perusahaan menetapkan standar performa untuk SPG. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Plaza Bukittinggi, tepatnya di Ramayana Departemen Store yang dilakukan di bulan Agustus 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling dengan uji Chi Square. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik dengan metode kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang berpengaruh dengan keseimbangan berjalan pada pemakaian high heels adalah lama berdiri (p-value = 0,0005), tinggi hak sepatu (p-value = 0,0005), postur kaki (p-value = 0,0005). Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya pengaruh lama berdiri, tinggi hak sepatu dan postur kaki terhadap keseimbangan berjalan pada pemakaian high heels sales promotion girls di Ramayana Bukittinggi 2021. One of the jobs related to the use of high heels is a Sales Promotion Girls (SPG). The appearance of an SPG is determined by the company's performance standards and in an effort to meet the need to appear attractive to consumers, companies set performance standards for SPG. The type of this study was descriptive analytic with quantitative methods. It was conducted at Plaza Bukittinggi, especially in Ramayana Department Store which was conducted on August 2021. The samples were chosen by total sampling technique and it was analyzed by Chi Square test. The results showed that the variables related to walking balance in the use of high heels were long standing (p-value = 0.0005), heel height (p-value = 0.0005), foot posture (p-value = 0.0005)). From the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between long standing, high heels and foot posture on walking balance on the use of high heels sales promotion girls at Ramayana Bukittinggi 2021.
