摘要

利用变压器漏感和两个交叉耦合电容,提出了一种内置输入滤波器正激变换器(BIFFC)结构。无需添加额外的组件,该配置可以执行核心复位,关断缓冲,电压箝位和输入滤波器功能。因此,可以实现低电压应力,高效率的性能和减少输入电流纹波。本文利用PSpice软件对电路的工作原理进行了分析。根据仿真结果,给出了设计准则,并在300khz、50w变换器上制作了实验电路,进行了性能评估。
