摘要

本研究的目的是描述游客对马来西亚中央市场的感知,包括游客对中央市场存在的感知、游客对中央市场购物安全的感知和游客对中央市场购物便利的感知。本研究采用描述定性方法。采用观察法、访谈法和文献法收集资料。数据分析分为数据简化阶段、数据呈现阶段和得出结论阶段。研究结果表明:1)游客对中央市场存在的感知为中央市场作为历史市场、马来西亚美食和纪念品购物中心;2)游客对购物安全的感知为保安人员、保安柜台、闭路电视和保安设施。3)游客对便利的感知,即便利游客购物的设施。
