A three-stage power electronic transformer is proposed, which is composed of a three-phase PWM rectifier, a DAB DC-DC converter, and a three-phase inverter. And using the simulation platform based on MATLAB-SIMULINK to simulate and verify the proposed three-stage power electronic transformer. 摘要

随着智能电网的发展和可再生资源利用技术的进步,电力电子变压器已成为重要的能量转换设备。传统的变压器只有交流端口。而电力电子变压器兼顾了直流和交流两个端口,与传统交流系统相比,具有便于可再生能源接入的优势。提出了一种由三相PWM整流器、DAB DC-DC变换器和三相逆变器组成的三级电力电子变压器。并利用基于MATLAB-SIMULINK的仿真平台对所提出的三级电力电子变压器进行了仿真和验证。验证结果表明,该电力电子变压器在电网侧实现了单位功率因数运行,输出电压可控,可与直流端口连接。
