Besides that, the governmental safety management policy and enterprise safety control measure for ro-ro transportation are studied, and a case study is made on typical ro-ro transportation accidents happened in Bohai Bay. As a result, the overall safety situation and the safety management condition of ro-ro transportation in Bohai Bay are illustrated.
