摘要

视频电话是3G移动网络中的一项代表性业务。为了提高视频电话的服务质量,各个领域都做了很多努力。在韩国,主要移动通信公司SKTelecom和KTF提供WCDMA网络,使用人数超过400万。针对WCDMA网络视频电话,提出了一种利用物理层与视频编解码器之间的跨层自适应实现误差最小化的算法。采用MPEG4视频编解码器对3G-324M协议进行了仿真,仿真结果表明本文提出的算法提高了分组传输速率,提高了视频电话服务质量。

A Cross-Layer Transmission on Video telephony over WCDMA Network
