In this paper, the improved model is proposed by combining with the actual situation. The queuing system will be applied in the aid service system and shown below. 摘要

在我国,有许多残疾人,约占总人口的6.34%。这是一个不可避免的不容忽视的问题。在志愿者与残障用户的交互过程中,请求服务的质量已经不能满足残障用户的需求,对服务的快速性和便利性的要求越来越高。因此,在互动过程中可能存在排队现象。它由两个基本方面组成:一方面,残疾用户需要得到服务;另一方面,志愿者试图为用户提供他们需要的服务。本文结合实际情况,提出了改进的模型。排队系统将应用于援助服务系统,如下所示。这不仅方便了残疾人,而且也吸引了公众加入救助服务。
