摘要

对10例银屑病患者应用凡士林载药水杨酸软膏治疗3天。所有患者血清水杨酸浓度均有系统升高，其浓度取决于药膏用量和牛皮癣形式。只有一例渗出性银屑病的水杨酸水平达到中毒值，并产生弥漫性炎症性红斑伴瘙痒。处理后各生化指标无明显变化。
