Escepticismo epistemológico y neutralidad en la ciencia del derecho. Algunas críticas a la teoría crítica del derecho

The author proposes to examine some issues that can arise in the field of the theory of law. To this end, taking as object of analysis certain postulates of the so-called 'critical theory of law', from the formulation of one of its most notable exponents: Duncan Kennedy. He made a critical examination of these proposals and a brief outline of a different perspective. He begins with a summary of his thesis, to then point out the objections found in its formulation, from the point of view of their logical coherence and its practical consequences.
