摘要
本文是对中间量词(如most, few, almost all, lot of, many, a great deal of, a large part of, a small part of等语言表达)形式理论的贡献。由Peterson非正式引入的这一概念由本文作者在高阶模糊逻辑框架中形式化。本文将中间量词的形式理论修正为描述元素性质的模糊集只能部分定义的情况。本文的介绍是纯语义的,并提供了如何在有限模型中计算中间量词的算法。
