Hyper elliptic curve cryptosystem (HECC) is an emerging public key cryptosystem suitable for such resource constrained environment due to its high efficiency and shorter key size, HECC can be used for digital signatures and encryption to provide confidentiality and authenticity. In this paper, we proposed a resource efficient signcryption schemes based on Hyperelliptic curve cryptosystem.
