Clinical and histopathological examination revealed crusted (Norwegian) scabies. Crusted scabies is a rare condition and diagnosis is often delayed; this condition is treated with systemic broad spectrum antiparasitic agents. Despite the common prevalence of scabies, its atypical forms are often overlooked and neglected which oftentimes does affect the patients' well-being.
