摘要

近年来,“智慧旅游”作为一个新名词出现,用来描述基于传感器、大数据处理技术、开放数据、开放API、人与机器、多设备(如物联网、RFID、NFC)连接和交换的新方式等技术进步在旅游中的应用。当这些技术被利用时,数字数据成为实用和有价值的产品。此外,移动革命,特别是智能手机的作用及其支持旅行体验的许多机会,在这种背景下尤其值得一提。此外,还为政府创造了新的管理工具,为旅行社创造了新的商机,为游客创造了新的体验。因此,本文研究了发展可持续和智能旅游的模型,然后提出了一个信息系统的整体架构模型,该模型可以为游客管理提供支持服务和工具(智能旅游服务中心—STSC),以促进越南的智慧城市,特别是岘港。
