摘要

软件开发项目实施效果评价是软件开发项目评估的重要内容。从进度、成本和性能三个方面构建了软件开发项目实施效果评价指标,提出了基于支持向量机的软件开发项目实施效果评价流程,并利用三个支持向量机分类器(优秀/合格、优秀/不合格、合格/不合格)对模型进行样本集训练和测试。经检验的模型准确率为92%,并进行了实例分析。研究结论为开展软件开发项目实施效果评价提供了有效的方法。
