摘要

通过在故障前对配电网进行诊断和预警,在故障后对配电网进行定位和隔离,实现配电网的自愈功能,从而保证配电网的安全稳定运行和用户的可靠用电。本研究将配电网的自愈功能纳入配电网规划因素。以全生命周期为目标函数,以利润最大化为目标,建立了考虑配电网自愈功能的多阶段规划模型,并利用遗传算法得到了多阶段规划下的最优方案。在本研究中,多阶段规划的结果作为变量,以最小化全生命周期成本。结果表明,考虑自愈功能的规划方法虽然前期投入较大,但长期收益更可观,有利于降低配电网运行风险。
