It consists of ten practical messages that combine the culture of the population, being reflected in a didactic graph. This work had as a general objective to analyze the fulfillment of the messages proposed by the Dietary Guides for the Argentine Population in adult patients attending the Community Integration Center No. 358, belonging to the Department of Santa Rosa, Mendoza. It was a quantitative and descriptive study, which hypothesized that most of the people interviewed, belonging to the Department of Santa Rosa, do not consume the five daily portions of fruits and vegetables. The data collection tool was a survey, which included a frequency of consumption with more than 200 foods. The main findings of the research reflected a monotonous, plentiful and nutrient-deficient diet, with negative eating habits and low nutritional quality.
