The frequency result from the resonance is read and the process by IC 74HC93 and Arduino, furthermore the capacitance value is displayed on LCD. The Portable Electronic Capacitance Meter system had been calibrated, then it used to measure the capacitance of air, water, and 5 various oil. The measurement data shows the value of water capacitance is greater than oil, and the value of air capacitance is smaller than other substances. However, by comparing the capacitance of various oil, soybean oil tends to have a small, while Lard has the biggest capacitance value in this study.
