摘要

提出了一种基于衬底集成波导(SIW)技术的毫米波滤波器。为了提高滤波器的质量(Q)因子,在设计中采用了TE301模腔。针对非谐振模式下寄生耦合产生的非对称传输响应,采取了相应的校正措施。实测结果表明,该滤波器的阻带抑制性能优于-45 dB。下侧和上侧的急剧过渡特性表明该滤波器具有高选择性。
