摘要

为满足引力波高能电磁对应物全天监测(GECAM)卫星伽马射线探测器(GRD)地面标定要求,在中国计量科学研究院(昌平)建立了两套单能x射线标定装置。一套为单晶校准装置,liff晶体可实现连续发射(8.1-37.9)keV单能x射线;另一套是双晶校准装置。Si220晶体和Si551晶体可以实现(38-160)keV能量范围内单能量x射线的连续发光。采用标准高纯锗探测器对标定装置的x射线能谱、能量分辨率和能量响应进行了研究。试验结果表明,该标定装置的能量范围为:(8 ~ 160)keV;单色性:能量分辨率3.1%@8.1keV, 10.2%@79.9keV;单色光通量649cts/s@38。678年0 kev cts / s@79.9keV, 298 cts / s@121.8keV;单色光比96%@38.0keV, 97%@79.9keV, 96%@121.8keV。结合GRD能量点的实际测试结果,表明该标定装置能够满足GRD的标定要求。
