ANÁLISIS ESTRUCTURAL DE LOS ESCENARIOS ECOTURÍSTICOS EN EL DEPARTAMENTO DE SUCRE

The department of Sucre does not have an analysis of the geographical zones that provide the tools to establish an ecotourism route, for which the development of some sectors of the economy is not evident. The objective of this investigation was to carry out a structural analysis of the different ecotourism scenarios offered by the department of Sucre. The methodology used for this research was based on a DOFA matrix for the analysis of the internal and external environment of ecotourism routes in the department. This allowed us to identify strategies that can strengthen public-private partnerships that help boost ecotourism in the other subregions.
