人工智能时代的到来对关系和模式的产生产生了很大的影响,导致对人才的需求发生了变化。中等职业学校作为培养专业技术人才的重要场所,需要教师做出改变。教师要提高自身的教育教学能力,培养高素质、创新型、符合社会发展需要的人才。本文通过分析人工智能在教育领域的发展现状和当前教师面临的学生问题(学生特点),对人工智能时代中职教师专业能力的培养提出了一些理想和建议。
