Data were analyzed using the Colaizzi’s phenomenological method.Results: The following three categories were derived: ‘shock of the unprecedented new infectious disease’, ‘hardships caused by the never-ending struggle’, and ‘hope in the midst of hardship’.Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, it was confirmed that there is a need to prepare an appropriate compensation system and emotional support strategies for nurses in the traumatic event of a pandemic. 摘要

目的:本研究的目的是调查韩国临床护士在2019冠状病毒病(COVID-19)大流行期间的情绪体验,并深入了解其本质意义。方法:采用个体深度访谈的方法,对2020年6月至2020年12月12日在临床实习的12名护士进行定性研究。数据分析采用Colaizzi现象学方法。结果:导出了“前所未有的新型传染病的冲击”、“永无止境的斗争带来的艰辛”和“苦难中的希望”三个类别。结论:根据本研究的结果,证实有必要为大流行创伤性事件中的护士制定适当的补偿制度和情感支持策略。此外,有必要制定创伤恢复和情绪管理计划,以减少负面情绪体验,加强积极情绪体验。
