DASS-21 was used to measure the depression, anxiety and stress. \nFindings: The result observed that 44.56%, 44.32% and 49.11% of patients with diabetic foot were suffering between (Moderate to Extremely Severe) in depression, anxiety and stress respectively. The depression in female patients was significantly higher (M =12.0, SD =6.95) than the depression in male patients (M =10.0, SD = 5.89), but the anxiety in female patients was significantly lower (M = 9.5, SD = 4.51) than the anxiety in male patients (M = 11.5, SD = 3.697).
