摘要

近年来,分布式发电特别是太阳能发电呈爆炸式增长,新冠肺炎疫情的影响使负荷降低,导致电力供需失衡。为了解决这个问题,工业和贸易部已采取措施,指示越南电力公司手动减少这种能源。目前,成员电力公司只对所有投资者平等削减,这种削减模式在电力损失方面不是最优的。本文建立了优化模型,以帮助电力公司在需要时获得最优的弃风结果,使分布式电网的功率损失最小。利用Thue Thien Hue电力公司提供的实际数据和商业软件对所提出的模型进行了验证。
