摘要

本研究讨论了“余城客人对伊斯兰教法酒店管理的看法(以“七梦”伊斯兰教法酒店为例)”。它的目的是分析客人对伊斯兰酒店管理的看法,以Jember唯一的一家酒店“七梦”Jember的伊斯兰酒店为代表的准确数据和信息。本研究的受访者是7梦伊斯兰酒店的客人,共有75名受访者。本研究的数据收集技术采用观察法、结构化访谈法、文献研究法和问卷调查法。数据分析技术采用解释性的定性描述性分析方法。检验数据的有效性采用三角法检验内部效度。根据已知的数据分析结果,消费者在十二月酒店服务用户普遍认为良好的基于伊斯兰教的酒店管理。更注重国内旅游设备、伊斯兰设施的外观、伊斯兰工作人员的外观,以及满足消费者真正需要的快速反应的伊斯兰化酒店管理。同时,注重对外国旅游者的同情态度、乐于助人的意愿和随时准备提供服务的意愿,以伊斯兰教法为基础进行酒店管理。以伊斯兰教法为基础的酒店管理与顾客满意度之间存在显著的关系。
