In our present work, experiments are carried out to compare the arc characteristics on break between DC 28V and DC 270V under the conditions of different current and transverse magnetic fields (TMF). The current is lower than 10A, and the flux density is below 100mT. Arc images are acquired with high speed cameras and arc voltage waveforms are obtained. Arc characteristics such as arc duration, extinction gap, displacement of arc root are analyzed. Experiment results show that under the same break power, TMF is more effective in arc inhibition under the condition of DC 270V compared with DC28V. 摘要

为了满足日益增长的高功率需求和减轻电气设备的重量,必须提高供电水平,并对电气设备进行相应的升级。本文通过实验比较了直流28V和直流270V在不同电流和横向磁场(TMF)条件下的断弧特性。电流小于10A,磁通密度小于100mT。利用高速摄像机采集电弧图像,得到电弧电压波形。分析了电弧持续时间、消弧间隙、电弧根部位移等电弧特性。实验结果表明,在相同断电流功率下,与DC28V相比,TMF在DC 270V条件下的抑弧效果更好。该工作对直流270v继电器消弧系统的设计具有一定的指导意义。
