Web缓存是扩展internet的一项重要技术。为了提高浏览速度,使用了替换策略。LFU (Least Frequency Used)替换策略是其中一种web缓存替换策略。LFU策略的不足之处在于它忽略了下载延迟和对象的大小,并且可能无限期地存储过时的web对象。本文重点介绍了一种基于LFU替换的新替换策略——平均最小使用频率去除(ALFUR)。ALFUR可以看作是LFU的增强,因为它克服了LFU的不足。
Average Least Frequency Used (ALFUR) cache replacement technology USING intelligent agents
