摘要

本文对越南南方发动机和农业机械有限公司生产的RV165-2型发动机进行了试验和仿真研究,并在此基础上采用数值计算方法进行了优化设计,应用于发动机的生产。利用Ansys - Fluent软件对发动机进气冲程进行了建模和仿真。从模拟中收集的参数如:旋流比、转鼓比等。并对实验所得的最大输出、最大扭矩、比油耗、排气浓度、NOx、Soot、CO等指标进行了评价,提出了今后的改造方法。
