In this study, we have reviewed all the constructs found in previous research which affect the performance of a crowd worker. The study aims to explore the determinants of capability and the rank of each determinant (from lowest to highest) toward performance. This initial finding will help in devising a managerial system based on the Expectancy Theory of Motivation, combining the effect of capability and motivation toward performance.
