[Review of the present findings on the possibilities and uses of radiographic ventriculography for evaluation of left ventricular function].

Contrast left ventriculography is generally used for evaluation of the left ventricular function in the patients with ischemic heart disease. This study tries to summarize contemporary knowledge on possibilities and limitation of clinical application of this method. A survey of available literary reports suggested to evaluate even diastolic filling rate and objective evaluation of wall motion.
