摘要

本文针对需要低频信号供电的压电致动器,提出了一种非接触式功率传输系统。建立了全桥式PWM逆变器、谐振电容、低频旋转电感变压器和压电驱动器的串联模型。分析了变压器耦合系数和谐振电容变化对系统性能的影响。然后,提出了一种优化工具,对系统的磁性和功率特性进行了优化。压电致动器在输出电压处也有直流元件,因此显示了一个嵌入式电子系统,可以产生最小体积的偏移。最后给出了在样机上得到的实验结果,并与仿真结果进行了比较。
