Electronic mails, electronic commerce, and the World Wide Web are examples of revolutionary ideas which changed human's life. There have also been many efforts in the field of adopting IT tools in architectural design and building construction. Many of these efforts are sparse and lack a well-designed cohesive scenario. In this paper, we present a revolutionary system architecture to facilitate all levels of architectural design by connecting parts involved in the process of designing and construction, exploiting capabilities of today's and future's IT tools.
