This research is an associative quantitative research. Respondents were 167 students. The results of this research indicate lecturer competence and learning motivation have a positive and significant effect either partially or simultaneously on student learning. 摘要

本研究旨在探讨授课能力和学习动机对泗水国立大学2017级经济教育系学生学习成绩的影响。本研究是一项关联定量研究。调查对象是167名学生。本研究结果表明,讲师能力和学习动机对学生的学习具有部分或同时的正向显著影响。本研究的结论是,提高学生自身的学习动机作为内部因素可以获得高学习成就,而教师所拥有的能力也可以从外部方面帮助提高学习成就,因此这两个因素都有望帮助学生获得高学习成就
