摘要

本研究的目的是了解克拉巴特大学的服务质量,特别是财务部门的服务对学生支付学费的满意度。本研究采用分层抽样的方法,对克拉巴特大学2022/2023学年的355名在校生进行抽样。通过多元线性回归分析,本研究发现;响应性、共情性和有形性维度对学生满意度有显著影响,而信度和保证性维度对学生满意度无显著影响。缴纳学费的流程和学生财务报告仍然需要改进,因为仍然有不准确的数字。
