First the Lattice Boltzmann scrutiny of plasma jet and droplet impact characteristics on the target under the dispersion effects of injection parameters are presented. Second a Taguchi experimental design is conducted to explore the influence part and the interaction (if there) for five operating parameters in the spraying process. Finally, a test case for a ternary gas mixture is conducted to assess the conclusion drawn in the studies using the LB method and the experimental design.
