摘要

本研究旨在确定作业流程、奖励制度、培训和工作环境对PT. BPR Willis Jember员工工作效率的影响。本研究使用的数据是从受访者对问卷的回答中获得的原始数据。样本采用概率抽样的抽样技术,即有目的的抽样方法,多达40名受访者。然后使用SPSS分析工具对所得数据进行处理,该分析包括效度检验、信度检验、多元线性回归分析、经典假设检验,并通过t检验、F检验和决定系数(R2)进行统计检验。研究结果表明,应用SOP、奖励制度、培训和工作环境因素同时影响工作生产率,而应用SOP和培训因素对工作生产率的影响不显著,但奖励制度因素和工作环境对工作生产率的影响显著。
